Dashboards & reports.

AssetCheck's dashboards & reports are built upon two unique approaches;
Multi-Category Tagging & ProductLine Family Trees.

Multi-category tagging:

AssetCheck is able to identify classic 'categories' (i.e. Office Suite, Game, Graphics, Word Processing, etc.),
but also includes other categories that are more relevant to software licensing:

  1. LicenseType:
    Whether its  IBM PVU, Microsoft Volume License, OpenSource, free, etc., AssetCheck determines how each product is intended to be licensed.

    LicenseTypes (ISO 19770-2 compliant) identify which products should be managed for audits.

  2. Support Termination:
    This calendar category identifies when the vendor will (or already has) terminate primary support for that product.

  3. Windows 7 Readiness:
    Over 20,000 applications have been tagged to how they interoperate with both 32-bit & 64-bit Win7.

 ProductLine Family Trees:

All of your software inventory titles are automatically inserted into the their Family Tree to ensure 100% accuracy for Volume Licenses, downgrade rights, version standardization.

The Productline Family Tree is much more than a simple 'group'; it's an automatic pivot point that ties alls versions (even future versions) and purchase data together to ensure proper license entitlements and downgrade rights.

With the ProductLine Family Trees, your data is inherently organized and easier to manage.
